Where do I find my pick-up time?
As pick-up times are dynamic and depending on the amount of pick-up points, we will only be able to confirm your exact pick-up time up to 7 days before the tour date. Please send an e-mail to [email protected] with your accomodation details. We will then send an email with the pick-up information to the contact information you provided upon booking.
How do I cancel my booking?
We understand plans can change along the way. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour date. Simply send us an e-mail to [email protected] and we will process the cancellation as soon as possible.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes we do! For bookings as from 8 people or more, we offer special rates. Please send us a message or send us an e-mail to [email protected] for your personalized offer.
Where do I find my pick-up place?

How do I change my booking?
You need to reschedule or your party size changes? No problem – simply send us an e-mail to [email protected] and we will process the change to your booking.
What if the weather is really bad?
Luckely we are blessed with a nice climate all-year round. However, it happens that heavy rainfall or rough seas force us to reschedule the tour. In the case of bad weather, we will offer you the chance to reschedule free of charge or to cancel with no extra cost.
